# Frontless Me

> Forward a client email and Frontless hands back the reply, the record and the next step — for you to approve. It never acts on its own.

Frontless Me is an email-first business assistant and memory for people running a business on their own. You forward a client email or WhatsApp message; Frontless drafts the reply, prepares the record (leads, projects, invoices, payments, documents, tasks) and proposes the next step. Nothing is sent, shared or committed to a client until you approve it. It only sees the messages you choose to forward — no inbox monitoring and no bank login.

It is the solopreneur's edition of Frontless for SMEs (https://frontless.app), published by Variant Work.

## Trust

- **You approve everything**: Approve, correct or reject each action. Frontless prepares the work; you decide what actually happens.
- **Only what you forward**: No inbox monitoring, no reading private threads. You choose exactly which moments Frontless handles.
- **It won't guess**: Four things are never inferred: that a payment cleared, that a document was accepted, which customer a document belongs to, and what an invoice says.

## Use cases

- **Creative studio** — The 'can you just' that never got priced. You forward: "Love it. Could we also get a version for the app store while you're in there?" Frontless prepares: Draft the reply that prices it against your rate card; Add it to the project as a change, not a favour; Prepare the revised total.
- **Electrician** — The quote you didn't send by nine. You forward: "Hi — how much to run a socket out to the garage? Detached, about 15 metres." Frontless prepares: Draft the reply, with the three questions you always ask; Create the lead, with the address and the job; Put your rate card in front of you.
- **Mechanic** — The 'go ahead' you can't prove. You forward: "Yeah, that's fine — do the discs and pads while it's up there." Frontless prepares: Move the job to accepted, on their message rather than your memory; Prepare the revised invoice with the extra parts; Draft the confirmation back, so it is in writing both ways.
- **Sports coach** — The six texts it takes to book one hour. You forward: "Any chance of a one-to-one for Amara this week? After school would suit us best." Frontless prepares: Offer two or three windows from your diary, without calling any of them free; Hold the one they pick, and ask you once, with one tap; Write the session in, confirm it back to them and remind them the day before.
- **Accountant** — Eleven attachments, no name on them. You forward: "Here's everything for last year — let me know if you need anything else." Frontless prepares: Keep every attachment as evidence, filed and searchable; Ask which client they belong to, rather than deciding; Add what is still missing to your list.
- **Coffee shop** — 'We paid that one last week'. You forward: "Just checking — I think our accounts sent the €480 for the office launch already?" Frontless prepares: Record it against the invoice as reported; Add "confirm it cleared" to your list.

## Pricing

Pay per update, not per month. 1 credit = one confirmed business update saved to your database. No subscription, no monthly minimum, and credits do not expire. The first updates are free.

- 50 updates: €9 (€0.18 per update)
- 200 updates: €24 (€0.12 per update)
- 600 updates: €59 (€0.10 per update)
- 2000 updates: €179 (€0.09 per update)

- **Reading your mail is free**: Frontless checks every relevant business email in the background at no separate charge, and replying to a customer on WhatsApp costs nothing either. You pay when something changes in your books — and for a WhatsApp reminder, which the network charges us to send.
- **You never pay for our mistakes**: Correct a suggestion, and it costs nothing. Duplicates, newsletters and threads with no new fact cost nothing. An update that fails to apply costs nothing.
- **No bill can surprise you**: Your balance is on screen, every charge has a line naming the email behind it, and when the credits run out nothing is charged to a card — Frontless does less until you top up.

Worked example — a freelance consultant, in a month: 120 business emails; 70 noise, newsletters, threads with no new fact (free), 30 useful, but duplicates or suggestions you rejected (free), 20 confirmed updates to your sheet (20 credits). At €0.12 an update, that month costs €2.40 out of a pack they bought once.

Plans differ only by how many people share the workspace:

- **Solo** (One person): One person, one mailbox, the whole loop.
- **Partner** (Two of you): Two of you, one database.
- **Studio** (Up to five): A small team, and who may decide what.
